The present biggest difficulty of the Institute's external information work is that the corresponding funding for international cooperation wasnot stable, some external procedures laid down by the Institute werenot consistent, which need the guidance from the Department of International Cooperation of Minstry of Health; the staff of the International Cooperation Department of the IMPE Quy Nhon need to be trained in international cooperation competence at home and abroad to prove their ability in external information.
