Implementing the workplan 2010 on deploying the activities of local and central health units, from 25-29 April, 2010 the Minister of Health - Nguyen Quoc Trieu visited and met with the provinces of Phu Yen, Binh Dinh and Quang Ngai, including two units directly under the Ministry of Health (MoH)- Quy Hoa National Leprosy Dermatology Hospital and the Institute of Malariology, parasitology and Entomology Quy Nhon.
Participants to the mission of the Minister of Health - Nguyen Quoc Trieu included the leaderships of departments/bureaus and institutes directly under MoH, those are Nguyen Xuan Truong-Vice chief of the MoH Secretariat and secretary of the minister of MoH, Luong Ngoc Khue-director of the department of medical examination and treatment management, Le Quang Cuong-director of the health strategy and policy institute, Pham Le Tuan-Head of financial plan department, Nguyen Trong Thuy-Vice Head of the personnel-administrating department, Tran Van Tien-Vice Head of health insurance department, Nguyen Duc Thanh-Head of the MoH Secretariat, Tran Quang Mai-Deputy director of health education and communication center, Bui Trong Chien-Director of Pasteur institute Nha Trang, Nguyen Thanh Tan-director of the Quy Hoa leprosy and dermatology hospital, Trieu Nguyen Trung-director of IMPE Quy Nhon, and reporters from magazines of Health and Life, Family and Society, correspondents and cameraman of the health education channel O2TV.
In two days 25-26/4/2010, the mission visited and met with the Provincial People Committee and the concerned authorities of Phu Yen province, the Provincial General Hospital of Phu Yen, the IMPE Quy Nhon, the district hospital of An Nhon (Binh Dinh province), the Provincial General Hospital of Binh Dinh, the Provincial People Committee and the concerned authorities of Binh Dinh province.
According to the plan, from 26-29/4/2010, the Minister of Health and the mission visited to the Dang Thuy Tram General Hospital, the Provincial General Hospital of Quang Ngai, met with the Provincial People Committee and the concerned authorities of Quang Ngai province; visited and met with the Central Hospital of Hue city as the end of the business trip of the Minster of Health in Central Vietnam.
